Yes, you can get a CD but that CD needs to be purchased from its official website because it's not available as a free order. To do that, visit the official website.
I was able to watch TV programs using the WinTV 7 software. My satellite card is still in the computer and my satellite connection hasn't changed. I still receive the TV signal to my TV, but not to my computer. What can I do?

In order to fix the issue, I suggest you unplug the TV device from your computer and plug it in again. If it doesn't help, remove Hauppauge WinTV 7 from the PC and then download and install it again. After that, right-click the Computer/My Computer icon, select Manage and open Device Manager. Look for your satellite card driver, right-click on its icon and press Uninstall. Reboot your computer, connect the TV device, press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager and reinstall the drivers. If the problem persists, you will need to contact Hauppauge.
You can force the uninstallation using a known tool available for users who encounters issues like these. You can try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
You might need to restart the computer to complete the uninstallation process.
